How to remove tail lights from 520

Mine look like they are fastened with some kind of press fitting instead of screws.  How do you remove them and how are they reinstalled?

Many are machine screws and nuts, but yours may be pop riveted on depending on year, if so drill them out, and bolt them back on or pop rivet, most times with screws and nuts I have to remove the fender, or at least unbolt it so I can get in behind it to get to the nuts

my 520 and 416 all have rivets.

I carefully drilled out the 416's and replace them with Suberbright LED's.       http://www.superbrightleds.com/moreinfo/truck-marker/m9-series-marker-lamp/580/

I added a rubber grommet and used nut/bolt/washer to secure. these had a separate bare ground wire, so I just used ring end and used a star washer to ground it to the fender.

there are a couple of old posts detailing this from multiple folks.

looking at the parts manual, it shows pop rivets and  nuts and bolts!

I'm gonna upgrade the Work Horse to the LED tail lights since all it has is reflectors.

Are they grounded under the lights because I do not see any other wire but the one coming from the harness where you plug both light in.

the OEM light had one wire coming out since the ground was part of the white plastic base. not sure if the TSC/Fallmart 2 bulb ones are the same.

I left the 2 wire to 1 wire connecter as is and just spliced in near the taillights

The LED's are the same size since they are all DOT spec, cheap, draw little amps and are yes..superbright.
