Tankman 3,523 #7 Posted February 13, 2014 (edited) I like and use Rustoleum Regal Red. Just my preference. Linen as needed for older wheels and Duplicolor Silver Wheel Paint fo newer rims. The Duplicolor is easy to use, dries very fast. Rustoleum Gloss Black. Not a painter, I use rattle cans. Inexpensive and most always stock at Home Cheapo.
