Help with name of connector

Recommended Posts

Wishin4a416

I am making a new harness for the 160 and need 2 connectors. My harness was pretty well molested and these were gone and bypassed.

Thes are the PTO and Clutch Safety connectors.

Would these be available at DelCity or PCS?

I dont know the name for these in the Industry.

I need to order some more Terninals and would like to throw these on the order if available.

Picure # 36  in schematic and part number 106024.

that plug looks like the plugs that GM used on neutral safety switches on some Australian cars back in the 70s. Im sure that they were used over here too. I bet that they are a Packard part so some searching might come up with something. I will try a few sites and see what i can come up with.

just seen your post chasm, that 2 position plug is different from what is needed. the terminals are in line and the plug end is exposed on the side for the 'pins'  to go into the terminals.....where as the one you pictured is at 90 degrees to each other...

When I re did my C141 I also had to get the Packard connectors for the ball switch.  PCS has them (singles only).  They snap right on those turrets on the ball switch.  The ball switch (if you need it-mine was bad) was and is still made by Pollack in Canton, MA.  Go on line and look for Pollack Ball Switches.  Send them an e-mail and find out where is the nearest distributor.  They come in various terminations (screw, quick connect and turret type)
