MalMac 1,328 #2 Posted January 21, 2014 If it is a newer style like the one in my avatar it should, All the mounting areas are the same. The only problems I see are if the C-165 has the plastic fender I don't know about the clearance on the braces that would attach to the fender pan. The other area might be around the hoodstand. Seems to me the opening of the canvas around the hood. I think there is a height difference. But all in all the mountings are the same. Now if the cab in question is from the 70's with the hard fiberglass top it has different rear mountings and the brace that goes across the bottom of the fenderpan has to be modified to fit the plastic fender.
