Wishin4a416 2,191 #1 Posted January 19, 2014 Hope I dont get stoned. I do about 3/4 mile of drives and usually split duty between the 310-8 and the B. I usually do mine and the neighbors with the 310 and the MIL's 2 with the B. But it was cold and windy so I just stayed on the B today and gave the WH a rest. Really didnt have much, bout 3 inches. The B doesnt do as nice a job because it has skids which are all the way up but thats OK. Wish we could get some heavy stuff here but not yet.

Whmaverick 54 #6 Posted January 19, 2014 I know what you mean. I have to resist the temptation to just go get the big stuff out of the shed too. But I do it for fun, so I remind myself of that and nobody gets hurt.

JackC 617 #8 Posted January 19, 2014 Nice. If you need something bigger or with 4WD that is the way to go. It is also a good way to keep the hours down on the horses so they can live longer.

can whlvr 994 #11 Posted January 20, 2014 I like that tractor,i have used kobotas and they are very reliable tractors,my skid steer has a kobota engine and its got a lot of hours, but still runs great,i have to keep myself from cheating as well, the skid steer can move a lot of snow fast, but I like snow throwing for some strange reason
Kelly 1,033 #12 Posted January 20, 2014 I don't know if I would even own a worker WH if I had that

HorseWhisperer 243 #14 Posted January 20, 2014 What's that funny orange color?I've seen blue, yellow, black, grey and red horses but that hurts my eyes!
JC 1965 1,532 #15 Posted January 20, 2014 I think I have to agree with Kelly. I really love Wheel Horse tractors and I would still keep the ones I have to play with and cut grass but when I needed one for real work I would jump on the Kubota.

baerpath 517 #17 Posted January 21, 2014 When we get a good snowfall I use a green tractor clears 72 inches rather than 44 with the WH. Just a little faster lol So I can't throw stones
js5020 111 #18 Posted January 22, 2014 Ok I'll confess,,,, I brought out the heavy non WH iron today,, I just didnt want to be in the cold any longer than necessary. I had the boy use the WH to scrape up the crumbs though.
shorts 182 #19 Posted February 3, 2014 when the drifts and piles get to be hard to move with the neighbors p/u I have my buddy across the street come over with the 950 loader and open things back up, It's not cheating when we have a winter like this one
