Kelly 1,033 #2 Posted January 19, 2014 Some guys make their own, you can get new from Toro dealers or many online dealers, Ebay has new and used, or I have used ones for about half the price of new, send me a PM for more info
chazm 413 #4 Posted January 19, 2014 I made my own , Some SS threaded rod & ball joint ends did the trick... Cheap too... I believe I got the parts from Reid Supply

neil 2,410 #10 Posted January 19, 2014 Steve, as a temporary fix , try crimping the slot where the ball goes in by chiseling a burred edge so that it stops the ball from falling out . This is what i did with one of mine & it has lasted me two years now without falling out .

N3PUY 1,031 #13 Posted January 23, 2014 I've just stood the tierod on end on the floor and hit it a few times with the hammer. That tightens the hole and has stayed together for over a year now. Cost $0.
dodgemike 52 #14 Posted January 23, 2014 I have been looking at Heim joints And tubing at Summit Racing Stainless would look cool. Sent from my SCH-S720C using Tapatalk
KC9KAS 4,744 #15 Posted January 23, 2014 (edited) What size would I need from mcmastercar?? Depends on what size your holes are on the GT now, and if you are building the entire system or just repairing 1 tie-rod end.
