Tankman 3,523 #3 Posted January 18, 2014 I'm not a painter but use a lot of Rustoleum Regal Red, rattle cans. I sometimes use Rustoleum Crystal Clear over the red, allow plenty of time for the red to dry 1st! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
steve k 82 #4 Posted January 18, 2014 I used XO Rust, paint and primer in spray cans from true value hardware. I think it is renamed rustoleum. It has a durable shiny finish but takes a long time to dry. I prefer the spray cans because I can paint a couple pieces one day and then a couple more pieces some other day without having to mix paint and clean the gun several times.
