Instead of replacing the pump, maybe a coupling can be made with a short piece of pipe and hose and two hose clamps.  That may work as a temporary solution so that you can move the vehicle.  We would need to see pictures to see what it would take.  It is unusual for the shaft to be broken so we would need to speculate on how that could have happened.  Does the hydraulic pump shaft turn freely and the engine run OK?

I will try to get some pics up tomorrow. I'm not sure if the shaft spins I will check that also. As for the motor it starts and seems to run well. I do know that the previous e owner drilled a hole in the shaft and put a bolt through it after the splines on the shaft striped out and that was about 8 yrs ago.

If anyone has a pic of the whole asbly together that would be helpful to see. Because I have never seen one. I'm just imagining what would be there. Is it possible to rebuild that pump and machine a new shaft?

Replace the pump shaft. Drilling and pinning will weaken it and it will fail again some day.  Pumps show up all the time on ebay.  Most are JUNK in spite of what the seller tells you.  However you can see the splines in the pictures, if they are OK the shaft is probably serviceable or can be made so.  Other than the splines the other issue with the shaft is the surface for the pump seal.  $25 will get you a seal and  a speedi sleeve to solve that problem.  Pumps are not hard to disassemble check the tranny forum
