posifour11 723 #2 Posted December 10, 2013 Pretty sure its supposed to be 3400-3600 rpm. A hunting governor is usually an improper carb adjustment or junk in the carb. ( from my experience, anyway) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

LFDRET 21 #5 Posted December 11, 2013 1st is the gas old or is the filter plugged in the gas bowl Low idle - 1200 RPMs adjustment 1 1/2 turns out to start with. High idle 3600 RPMs - 2 1/2 turns out to start with. If this will not fix problem clean the carb.
