Very common bearing. 1-3/8" OD, 3/4" ID flanged. Toro part number 110513. NAPA should be able to cross it. If not, they are used on John Deere and others.

Thanks rmaynard. I found the napa # 7-04292 and they have one. Another question, can you drill a hole in the spindle for a cotter pin? I dont want this to happen again.

There should be no reason why you can't drill a hole for a cotter pin

My local Ace hardware has the 1-3/8" OD, 3/4" ID flanged bearings. they are in the area when you pull out the little bolt totes.

In my experience  you need to find a good used front wheel if the bearing will not stay tight. I had that problem and the bearings would wear out in no time. Damaged my left front spindle. I still used that wheel on the back of a wagon, but it was a big problem on the front of my C-120. If it's a worker tractor the bearings need to fit tight.
