rustbucket 4 #1 Posted August 31, 2008 well i just thought i would make a post as to the condition of my herd so far and what is what. went to the garage today with my dad and we started tinkering one machine at a time to see what all we could get done. ill list machines and what was done to them so far. 653: engine is now on the frame temperarily for tinkering and setting of carb before comeing back off for the whole machine to get a paint job. 702: runs with barrowed parts from 854 but now parts returned to proper machine. had several engine tins repainted farmall red. 854: runs like a champ and someone the PO prolly tinkered on the throttle cause it screams when at full throttle. hood needs fixing and whole machine due for a re paint. B-82: mowed lawn with her and still nicest machine we have in looks catagory. B-112: fixed the charger wireing and ran it for a while playing with the gravel in the drive way. GT-14: rear fenders and seat removed and almost all sand blasted will be useing POR-15 paint and tie coat primers on her before full repaint so she dosnt rust and rot.
