Good setup. I have the same plan here.....Wheel Horse with a plow and my trusty old walk-behind.

The cab is new and just assembled today. It's made by Original Tractor Cab. The 2 link chains will go on soon.

You are good to go.  I love my Ariens walk behind and I keep the horses in the barn.

I have accumulated tractors, plows, and blowers but still use the Ariens walk behind.

Do they make cabs for other models and makes of garden tractors?

Whats the figure range one could expect to pay for a new cab for our horse? Thought about it but figured they are pretty high. Well worth it as long as it would last though.

Joey, if that doesn't get the job done and you think the Landlord 101 is better I'll have to come up and provide some training lessons....Free of charge no less, but, lunch at Amalfi's is on you.

i too love my big ariens. it chews through anything.

i do plan on using the 48 cub for plowing small amounts of snow. using the ariens on just a few inches seems like too much work.

This is from my first winter in the Mid-Atlantic three years ago. I haven't seen snow like this since! It's an anniversary-model Ariens and the last year for the Tecumseh L-Head. I'd like to get the Ariens Snow cab for when the wind is blowing the other way :occasion-snowman: , but it's hard to justify after not using it at all the last two winters. Hopefully this year we'll see some snow :handgestures-fingerscrossed: .
