TravelinJavelin 620 #1 Posted November 20, 2013 well how rare are the 1054 models other than gt 14 I like those too are they more implement friendly or harder to get stuff for?
"D"- Man 827 #2 Posted November 20, 2013 The 1054's were only made in 1964 and 1965 (may have been a 1054A) one of the front attachments may have been a dozer/snow plow. The rear had no three point set-up but a lift hitch could accommodate a garden plow, disc or ect. I know they are quite similar to the later model 953's and just a few changes from the early model 953's that were made in 1963. Mark.
Wheel Horse Kid 105 #3 Posted November 20, 2013 There are a decent amount of 953/1054's out there and my dad actually has one. I would really not consider them rare by any means. One of the members on here (Lane Ranger) is really big into the 953's/1054's and I am sure he could help you with any questions you have.

Killer 2000 Chevy 83 #7 Posted November 23, 2013 I traded a motomower rolling chassis and a 1963 Cub Cadet original for the 1054-A that I have. Lane Ranger sold me an original seat and I just picked up tires for it yesterday. It came with a 48" deck and 54" dozer push blade. I am going through the engine this winter and paint this spring. I just posted a topic the other day about "tire size and where to find", that has a picture of it. I love mine and was the best deal I've made since I started Wheel Horsing.
