boovuc 1,090 #1 Posted November 11, 2013 I can pretty much predict winter storms better than the Farmers Almanac, better than a Penn State Meteorologist, better than a Wooly Caterpillar and far better than a TV Weatherman! For Central Pennsylvania, we will have a mild winter! How much snow? We won't get much! We may not have any major winter storms at all! Why? How do I possibly know this? Because I'm ready for it! That's why!

Marv 982 #6 Posted November 11, 2013 I just have my loader and snowblower mounted and ready to go. Looks like I need to mount a blade too! You are really prepared. Actually I will not be disappointed if I do not have to use them. Marvin
squonk 43,843 #7 Posted November 11, 2013 I've been waiting for a good blast since I got a loader. We get 1 decent one then mostly wet slop. Worst thing is I have to shovel walks at work. Either that or use a walk behind blower that takes 6 hands to operate. Hope I don't have to break out Marvin and the tall chute.
RMCIII 838 #8 Posted November 11, 2013 Same here. Regardless, better to be prepared, than to wait until that first snow hits........
MalMac 1,332 #9 Posted November 11, 2013 Like you, last year I was ready. Did not get enough snow to really make it worth while starting a tractor. This year we have had some light snow already and tonight there is a chance for some accumulation. I am still trying to get leaves up and have the Vac on the tractor. Have not even had a chance to put plows and blowers on other tractors. Wonder how well I can Vac the snow up.
