What to get rid of.....

Here is the current collection.  Need to slim it down to avoid them from becoming outdoor field implements.

Hoping to sell 3 of these.

GT-1642 (Owned since new - original)

GT-1642 has a 18HP briggs

314-H 255 hrs - like new

312-8 535 hrs - like new

875 - beat, old, repainted.  But has nice kolher 8HP that I rebuilt

C-121-8 Beat, ugly, but has a fresh kohler 12

C-121-H Very nice repaint, and has fresh kohler 12

Opinions on what should go.

You have to keep the GT-1642 you have owned since new!

I would also keep the 875 as it was the first Hydro and the old ones are so kool. As for the rest, it would depend on how much you use them and how much you can get for them.

Sounds like a few folks here would like to help take them off your hands. :text-lol:

I hate to see anyone have to get rid of their machines but if I had that list I would be going with the 312. Their a dime a dozen…. I swear there's usually 25 on ebay and craigslist around me. That would be the easiest to unload. Especially with the low hours. My opinion based on no facts other than the ones in my mind so don't crucify me…. :hide:  :hide:  :hide:

I think it also depends on what you do with your 'Horses and what implements you have and/or intend to use.

If it was me, and not knowing the answer to the above note....

GT1642 that you bought new would have to stay...seems like a good, workable tractor that has some sentimental value.

314H would want to stay as the regular mower...prbly in nice shape based on low hours(?), its a kohler single and an eaton 11...what more could you want from a 'horse?

And, I would keep either the 121hydro or the 875 as a collector/usable old tractor. (I don't know much about the 875's but I have always wanted a nice "C")

In my mind a C-121 and a 312-8 are basically doubles of the same tractor...one should go. ( I do agree with Hodge71...312's are everywhere around me too but they are hard to find with low hours)

The 1642 with the 18hp Briggs should go...it doubles up on the 1642 and unless you love the gray ones, its redundant.

Just my two cents...

Pics would help too!

Forget that idea!!! Ship them to me!! You might double the Wheel Horse population in this state and besides.....it's even warmer here. I could show them the ocean. Now try to argue with a bikini clad lady on a sandy beach perched on a Wheel Horse. Ya think you can promise happy? :occasion-snowman:

Seriously, I'd agree with keeping the 1642 you bought new and letting the 312-8 go. Definitely keep the 314H and the 875.
