Or a good pattern so i can make one. thanks Haven't made one but saw one, same as I was thinking, made from a heat register boot. The boots are available in various sizes. Don1977 605 #3 Posted October 30, 2013 (edited) Here is the best one I've made. Bigger is better, I raised it 2 1/4" above the deck with 3 - 3/4" boards. The front is 8" x 3/4" board. Not sure what gauge the metal is my guess is around 16 gauge. I have not had this one to stop-up even vacuum over small sticks. The curved board is how far it fits on the deck.
