dparke 16 #1 Posted October 25, 2013 Does anyone happen to know if a left hand tie rod (or ball joint assembly, as the manuals call it) off of a 1969 Raider 10 will fit a 1975 B-80? I'm almost finished with my B-80 rebuild, and just noticed that the ball stud on the inside of the left hand tie rod is snapped off. The manuals list two different part numbers, but I thought maybe they were superseded at some point. Thanks for any help! -Dan Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
KC9KAS 4,744 #2 Posted October 25, 2013 My suggestion is to try it. If they look the same, maybe they will swap. McMaster-Carr has ball-joints/tie-rod ends....some are right hand thread and some are left hand threads....you can get what-ever you need/want.....They call them Heim Joints.
