Went out today to pick-up some parts tractors and filled my trailer with this:

Tractor is a 520H and with a little help from the forum, I found it to be a 1991 year make. Sheet metal is very good, slight misfit on the left side where the hood comes down to the dash, otherwise just weathered.

Here is a pic of the tractor.

The deck is another story. I will take it apart and salvage what remains for spare parts.

I put some fresh gas in the tractor and with the help of a bit of starting fluid, the engine fired right up. I drove the tractor off the trailer and around the yard a bit. Engine vibrates a lot, but no hesitation. I think it's running on one cylinder.

Part of the reason I viewed this tractor as a parts tractor was that I was going to use the engine on another Wheelhorse, but between the overall condition of the tractor and the possible need for a repower, I think I'll keep it intact for now and repower it. Momma ain't going to be happy with another tractor in the fleet, so I'll likely move out another color tractor I have next spring to make room for it.

Thanks!

Bill

Nice score.  It should clean right up.  The seat looks to be in great condition.  The possible one cylinder issue could be a bad connection somewhere.

:woohoo:   Two new plugs and a little Seafoam in the gas may make it run like new! :text-coolphotos:

I had one run on 1 cyl. Check the intake manifold gaskets if all else fails.
