Obsolete part #'s. need you pro's advise.

Putting the 856 back together and seem to be missing two little pieces that im certain have a big purpose. The bigger problem seems to be the parts are obsolete. The part #'s in question are #6638 Spacer and #1536 bearing. these parts are shown in the owners manual I have for the rotary mower RM-327 & RM-367. the spacer and bushing are needed for the pulley on the right hand bracket. I cant find them anywhere and I thought I was pretty good about putting everything together. now mind you I didn't look the manual over as I was taking apart and didn't label every part per the manual as they came off. Is it possible the spacer and bushing weren't there to begin with? would it even work right without them? These are the situations that make a "restore" all the more fun.  any one know another source? part # cross reference or anything to get me through this?

1623 idler pulley replaced by Toro 92-7102

From my notes the 1536 bushing is 3/8" x 11/16" x 3/16".

Have seen the 1623 pulley with a 1614ZZ bearing in it.

1623 is also the clutch idler pulley for the transmission on the 856.

from Garry, "From my notes the 1536 bushing is 3//8" x 11/16" x 3/16"."

I hunted for hours for my bushing. The pic makes it look BIG but it is very small. I had slid it back on bolt and with that size, if mine is orig, was just small enough to over look.

Gary thank you for that info.looks like I do have the same bushing on the on the rear idler of the tractor. probably going to try and take that some where and match it up.

what about the "spacer"? whats that all about? my idler wheel/bearing is fine......the spacer is M.I.A.
