108-5 100 Series Rear Engine Rider Power Belts

Mower Update:

 

Inner tubes in the leaking rear tires - working

Temporary rewire job - working 

Cleaned out the gas tank - working

Replaced fuel line and filter - working

Adjusted the break/clutch - working

Replaced the solenoid - working

Replaced throttle cable - working

Replaced tired 8 hp B&S with a healthy 12 hp B&S - working

Drive belts - not working

 

When I installed the new engine it had to be mounted 2" further back on the frame which will require replacing the drive and PTO power belts with longer belts.  The problem is I can't figure how to get the belts off of the pulleys.  Looking for help before I start removing the deck and transmission.  The operators manual and parts diagrams were no help.
