rondo 0 #3 Posted August 24, 2008 O.K., a wee bit jealous - great looking collection. I just got my first one about two and a half weeks ago and have been scouring the papers and the internet for other deals, but... had my youngest get married yesterday - now residing in the poor house. Might be a while 'fore I get to grabbin anymore horses... but one can hope, eh?
jerrell 1 #4 Posted August 24, 2008 :USA: that's a great looking herd, and that paint job looks great, is that a can job or gun job. Those all look like some strong tractors. is that a deere on that wheel weight? :banghead:
jusjeepn 59 #5 Posted August 24, 2008 The paint job on the ranger is a can job done by an 11 year old. Only 4 runs and two are on the under side and one is in the engine compartment. Not to bad for a first timer (and just a little help from dad). The best part is he is actually enjoying this. A future W/H collector maybe? :horseplay:
BairleaFarm 340 #6 Posted August 24, 2008 Looks good. It looks like you are a few motors short of a full running heard.
jusjeepn 59 #7 Posted August 24, 2008 Jerry, the Deere weights are from a past project that turned out great. A 67 112 r/f. I just sold It two weeks ago. It had the rare 47" brass tag deck that goes for around $700. My other projects have included but are never limited to a 69 Case 444 (sold), a fully restored Case 155 (my first), a 63 W/H 753 (sold), a 65 W/H 1055 (sold), a Cub 70 (sold), a Cub 100 (sold), a Cub 123 (traded), and many more. most have come to me as basket cases and I Got em running for trade stock or to sell. But I have completely restored 100% to original only 2. The J/D and the Case 155. I have really thought about restoring my electro's bu they are such workhorses. I have a buddy up north who restores W/H only. He has 17 restored and 5 "NEW". By new I mean less than 5 hours on em. The only time they come out of their heated/cooled climate is to go to shows. I just couldn't do that. Well I've rambled enough. Got to go play the Wii with the kids. Hey! You think someone will invent a pulling tractor game for that? jusjeepn 59 #8 Posted August 24, 2008 Well David. The 8hp is on the bench for the 800 and the 14 Auto found a new home last weekend. The buyer promised me he'd take real good care of her and nurse her back to health :banghead:
T-Mo-(Moderator) 4,609 #9 Posted August 25, 2008 Nice looking herd. You can post pictures of the off color stuff in the "Other Brands" section. I wouldn't mind seeing pictures of the Case 155. :banghead:

jusjeepn 59 #12 Posted August 25, 2008 Thanks everyone! I still have a few I want to add (but don't we all). The ever elusive 68 Electro 12, the Bronco 14, and the GT-14 would complete this phase of my collection. You notice I said this phase. I have many (13) accessories for these hard workers and I obviously use them all (except the ranger 800). Thanks again for making me feel at home and I'm proud to be a part of this group. I get a little windy at times, but I'll try to add my two cents and help anyone who has questions. Pat in north central Indiana. By the way who can tell me how to add a list of tractors and accessories and an avitar to my profile?
