gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,493 #5 Posted August 24, 2013 Operator manual You can print the illustrated parts list from https://lookup3.toro.com/partdex/index.cfm?xCaller=Toro Enter your 31-12KE01 model number and a link to the ipl will come up on the right. After a page opens click on the small printer icon at the top left of the illustration. Keep in mind these parts lists are shared by similar models so a single item may have 2 or more part numbers but Toro fails to tell us what model uses what. It includes the 1990 416-H model 41-16OE01 http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/files/file/2206-tractor-1990-312-h-416-h-part2of2-tiplpdf/ These pages also include the 1990 Kohler M12 and Onan P216G part numbers.
