Help Identify C-120 Transmission/Gearbox Hitch? :S

Hello all,

As most of you know I've been around on this forum for a year or so now,.... So I'm not exactly a newbie but, in my eyes there's still loads to learn... Just got a C-120 and I understand that there different models so things will look different, but there looks to be like something extra added the the transmission/gearbox on the C12O the first picture you will see is of my raider 10's transmission, then the others are of this weird hitch thingy, looks like there's two leavers that flip down,

the hitch with the levers is for a snow plow or tiller.
