1974-B-80 52 #1 Posted July 31, 2013 (edited) I found a late 60's Wheel Horse for best offer or trade. I think it might be a Charger 10 or a Raider 10. I would like to know how much is a good price for one in original condition. here's the ad below. Kelly 1,033 #2 Posted July 31, 2013 It's a hydro so it's a Charger, being a Kohler I'm going to guess a Charger 12 a 68 or 69 model, with a 48" deck, it looks in fair shape but if it runs good and mows, it's worth all of $250, it is not a pretty one. 1974-B-80 52 #3 Posted July 31, 2013 Ok thanks. I'm really planning on getting it. I would have it as a restoration project for next year. I thinks it's a really nice looking model.

fireman 1,022 #7 Posted July 31, 2013 Your not supposed to post links to listings. The mods are gonna yank it. But in my opinion, that is a basket case that needs a ton of work. The wiring looks trashed and it looks like a kluge of parts. $50 to $100 max. Just my $.
CasualObserver 3,411 #8 Posted July 31, 2013 Yep... sorry... no links please. If you want opinions on a listed tractor, copy the pictures and/or the wording in the ad and post it up. Linking to it just causes problems. We prohibit it for two reasons. 1... Generally, everyone here looks at craigslist. There's not likely anything listed that people in your area haven't seen. 2.... in case someone in your area missed the listing you posted, you may have just notified someone who's a little quicker or has deeper pockets than you and you just lost out on the tractor. There are plenty of members here who will (and have) jump into the middle of a deal and either snipe the item, or "help" the seller by telling them what ultra-rare item they have that they're selling too cheaply. and off the record... I agree with Jeff.
