77-36TL01 and 3/4/500 series tractor

Looking to purchase a 7736TL01 Tiller to go  a 414-8.

Just noticed in the Parts List and Instruction guide that the tiller has to be modified.  Just follow service Bulletin T10

I search thru the site with no luck.

Anyone know where to find this bulletin?

Has anyone done this and how difficult is it.

I'm not really looking for a project. Would prefer to just bring the tiller home and put it to work.

 

Any help would be appreciated
