420lse 18 #1 Posted July 27, 2013 Hi All I havent been around much but have been lurking from time to time. Hope everyone is well. I decided to put my somewhat beat up LSE back together and let her stretch her legs a bit. I figure if I can't get some decals to do a proper restore than I'll enjoy tooling her around . I might even put a cab on and use her for snow blowing duty.Well, I hope to be around here more in the future. Couple of pics. ( The seat is being re ferbed ).
Jeff-C175 7,206 #2 Posted July 27, 2013 (edited) Looks good!, but what pray tell is that silver 'blanket' on the motor blower housing? That's not an Isuzu Trooper in the garage, is it? Edited July 27, 2013 by Jeffpicks

420lse 18 #4 Posted July 27, 2013 Looks good!, but what pray tell is that silver 'blanket' on the motor blower housing? That's not an Isuzu Trooper in the garage, is it? At one time that was chrome. Wheel Horse calls that the "engine chaff screen". Thing in the garage is a 1984 Toyota Landcruiser.

Vinylguy 4,692 #11 Posted July 27, 2013 Good to see you back on the forum Moe. I bet our resident decal guy might be able to hook you up with decals. Mike......... Thanks Mike I'll have to check and see. I thought the LSE decal thing was a no. Good to hear. I made 4 attempts at the 420LSE Chrome decals a year ago. Got two decent sets and could not sell them. We went to the BIG Show this year and donated them to Bruce for his 420LSE project. The Chrome decals are much more difficult to make as well as install. Especially the front hood decal. It would be best to have another hood to redo and put the reproductions on it and save your original skins as they are now. The LSE tractors are so cool I cant say no to helping you refurbish it. Once we get caught up I will try to make another set for you if you are serious.

The one thats on there is held together with rivets. I'm not in a hurry so no rush. Let me know.
