Need an engine builder in NY/NJ

Does anyone know someone? I'd like to have a mild buildup done on a Kohler k-341 16hp. Im not looking for a hot rod. Just a little bit more torque and hp for the snow blower. The way things have been going I doubt I'll have anytime in the coming months to get to it myself.
