gcole 36 #1 Posted July 19, 2013 Hi Guys my Onan is giving me issues. Its surging through all the rpm range. I notice thought when it gets warm and I rev it up high (over 3600 using the governor) a few times for a few minutes it clears up till I shut it down again then it starts again. daveoman1966 3,841 #2 Posted July 19, 2013 I had similar issues with the Onan in my 520H and found the source to be the a gap in the rear intake manifold gasket.
