1960 wheel horse 550

Hey fella's,

My son and I just picked up a 550 today. It will be our first restor together(his first). He is very excited. Came complete minus the exhaust cover. Motor spins free, gonna get it running before we strip it down. And suggestions are appreciated, also if anyone has any info of manuals for this puppy.. I started searching the site here, and as always I get side tracked by a million other things! Thanks Jason

Looks like a very nice original 550... nice score!

 

The 5-12 rear tires and the side throttle are the only things I see as not original... but again I'm not an expert on the Burbans.

 

You even have the original air cleaner!
