WH-AG 5 #1 Posted July 5, 2013 I want to buy some brass plugs for the add oil and drain plugs so when i restore my tractors they look nice. The problem is that i dont know what size the plug is and i am not around to find out the size . I would like to order them this weekend but i wont be back to my barn until the end of the weekend. That said, MOST of the small engines I've ever worked on have used a 3/8" NPT thread on the drains... but not all, and the fillers are all over the place!
