Fordiesel69 271 #1 Posted July 1, 2013 This next weekend, I will need to start one of these on the ground far away from home. So I leave the magneto wire ungrounded, unplug the stator wire from the regulator to make sure it doesn't damage it, and connect the fuel. Then a momentary wire on the startor and a ground on the block and that should be it. Anything I am missing? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
