Help need to identify a cultivator attachment

This cultivator was acquired from a small collection of WHs and other associated bits. What remains of the original paint is red which, if not Wheel Horse, might help identify what make it is.

 

 

It looks as though it may originally have had six tines. Knowing very little about these attachments it would also be useful to know what type of hitch this was designed to be attached to.
