groundhog47 347 #10 Posted June 23, 2013 What a historical hauler and haulee, brings me back to old gas pump jockey days. Really had some fun riding in boss's truck like that. Course we didn't have any eye candy to haul, ha cept us.
Marv 982 #11 Posted June 23, 2013 Duane, Since he didn't win the tractor, does that mean my ticket is still in the running? Marvin

squonk 43,845 #13 Posted June 23, 2013 I won a raffle prize and picked a pic of that truck! I did it just for Brrly! Uh You were supposed to win the raffle tractor ! LOL It was the first time I bought tickets. The place was packed. I only saw 1 basket and put them in it. when they started drawing someone mentioned that there was a separate basket for the tractors. So I didn't know which basket I put them in. I stood here and watched buckrancher go up like 5 times to claim his prizes and Maynard like 3 times. Finally Bill called my name. I knew now that I had no tickets in the tractor basket. What a Bananna Head!

taycotrains 52 #15 Posted June 23, 2013 Thanks to Craig Alan (mayhem13) for mentioning my truck in this post ....and a big thank you to the WHCC for letting me display the truck and tractors in this years show !!! My son Billy and I had a great time and looking towards next year show. Some info on the truck.... The truck is a 1956 Ford F-100 clone... originally was a 1956 F-250 with a 8 foot step side bed.... Truck has a factory four speed truck transmission powered by a 292 Y block v8 The truck still retains its F-250 spring packs and transmission mounted parking brake. The PO but the flatbed on years ago....I bought the truck as seen in the above pictures.... with the exception of the wheels and tires and rear view mirrors. I also of course added the wheel horse tractors and signage. Thanks to all here for the nice compliments on the truck...BTW in the first picture you can see me and TT catching up after a long six year absence of not seeing each other ! Thanks again Bob & Billy Taylor
