Quick Wheelhorse Show Camping Question

What are the hours for setting up your camper at the show?  Can you come in late Thursday night, i.e. after 6ish pm and set-up or do you have to wait until Friday morning?  Reason I ask is my Sister and family have a NEW camper and are looking for a first trip.  I know there is (or use to be) free camping at the show site, question is - can you come in late (after 6-ish pm) on Thursday and set-up your camper for the night?  I assume camping is still free - if not what would be the fee?

Camping starts at 9am Thursday first come first served.

and there is a fee for saturday night as well as I believe thursday, I would not get in too late because otherwise you will not have access to electricity.

$20 for Thursday night

free for Friday night

$20 for Saturday night

 

and yes the spots first come first serve.
