Catt 13 #26 Posted June 21, 2013 I did a little work on tightening and shimming the gear reduction steering tonight. In the process I straightened the steering wheel. It still has a little slop, but I'll leave it for now. I never experienced a Wheel Horse with gear reduction steering before. I kinda like it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Catt 13 #28 Posted June 22, 2013 Hi oneroadking, I have most of the electrical working, but it started as a pretty big list. A wiring diagram is essential along with a good volt/ohm meter. This has turned out to be a great tractor and I can't believe that I hesitated a little when I went to buy it. The other tractor I picked up earlier this year is a 418A that I've been using at the Cabin to move trailers and such. I couldn't be happier! In addition to being a great mower, easy to steer with the gear reduction, the Onan sound - just sounds GREAT.
