I did a little work on tightening and shimming the gear reduction steering tonight. In the process I straightened the steering wheel. It still has a little slop, but I'll leave it for now. I never experienced a Wheel Horse with gear reduction steering before. I kinda like it.

Hi oneroadking, I have most of the electrical working, but it started as a pretty big list. A wiring diagram is essential along with a good volt/ohm meter.  I worked on the lights today... I took apart the light switch and cleaned the internal contacts and they're working now.

Just a little update... I've been using the 520H to mow my grass this summer. This has turned out to be a great tractor and I can't believe that I hesitated a little when I went to buy it. The other tractor I picked up earlier this year is a 418A that I've been using at the Cabin to move trailers and such.  I couldn't be happier!

Great news!

In addition to being a great mower, easy to steer with the gear reduction, the Onan sound - just sounds GREAT.  In fact, anytime I think I need to impress on my neighbors that I'm still holding a job, I fire-up the 520-H... :happy-jumpeveryone:
