boondockboost 34 #7 Posted May 24, 2013 Man thanks a lot for the help. Now does it go from the clutch on the side to the spindle on the front of the tractor? They guy I bought it from didn't know anything about it. But me niether. I tried looking for pictures of how the belt was ran but couldn't get any good views. And I'm guessing that there's two belts that drive the deck not including the one that runs the blades? I really appreciate the help.
gwest_ca-(File Mod) 10,503 #8 Posted May 24, 2013 Should be one belt to the deck and a second on the deck around the spindles. Go into the manuals and search for 42MR01 or the tail end of the others listed above. The search does not like the dash so don't enter it. The OM is operator manual. oldredrider 2,547 #11 Posted May 26, 2013 You are missing the rear trunnion rod. You will need that to level the deck.

oldredrider 2,547 #13 Posted May 28, 2013 That's the lift bar. You need part #'s 23 thru 26 here: http://www.partstree.com/parts/?lc=toro_consumer&mn=E5-48SC01%2C+48%22+Side+Discharge+Mower%2C+1988&dn=3328-950-_9500016-0005
boondockboost 34 #14 Posted June 5, 2013 So if I put the parts 23 threw 26 that will help level the deck cause when I hook it up only the rear of the deck lifts up I can't get the front
