guide fingers for 1998 314-8 clutch belt

I read a post that said to position the guide fingers an 1/8" from the belt when under tension. Mine seem to be fixed and non adjustable. Am i missing something??

If they are unadjustable then you shouldnt have a problem. If you are having a problem please give more detail
