posifour11 723 #1 Posted April 20, 2013 I'm meeting a guy to see about trading my ss/18 for wheel horse stuff. It runs enough to move itself but really needs carb work or has a vacuum leak. The dash is broke up like most and the hood is broke at one of the lower bolts. It sounds really healthy running. Just needs the work I mentioned. DoctorHfuhruhurr 132 #2 Posted April 20, 2013 I'd guess $250 -$300.
Ken B 3,116 #3 Posted April 20, 2013 300ish. You might do a little better if you take care of the carb issues.
posifour11 723 #4 Posted April 20, 2013 Thanks guys. This guy fell through. But I'll try to get it running better and see if I still want to sell it.
bowtieguy 334 #5 Posted April 20, 2013 Hummmmmm.........wonder what kind of Wheel Horse "STUFF" you are looking to trade for?.....remember I'll trade some WH "stuff" with ya also....BUT sorry, nothing likes to stay around the horse barn unless it is faded red stuff.....I'm sure some "pullers" around southern MO would like to have that Sears. posifour11 723 #6 Posted April 20, 2013 Frank, I'm hoping to make a trip up your way around mid may. I'll have to think of other "stuff" you might like. I'm sure it'll sell. I'll put it on CL soon. Thanks
DoctorHfuhruhurr 132 #7 Posted April 21, 2013 Sears makes a decent tractor (from that era). There are tons of attachments for them also. I've gone a few of them. One older one with a sickle bar installed that I picked up for $100.
