gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,510 #2 Posted April 18, 2013 The difference in circumference between the 4" and the 6" is 6-5/16" so if the belt goes around 1/2 (50%) the pulley you need 3" more. If it goes around 2/5th's (40%) of the pulley you need 2-1/2" more belt. Garry Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
