Hydro to 8spd swap!

Hey guys. So all of you know last year i put my heart, blood, sweat, and tears into a 74 c-120 hydro no make it a puller. So after last years bust im going to give her a nice 8 speed and other goodies. i bought a 8 pinion 8speed off a fellow WH nut so let the transformation start!!!!!!!  here is the 8

I don't think the hydro's have ever been good in the pulling competitions.

pulled last year never placed but would pull anywere between 50-85ft didnt do so swell
