Dual rear wheel adapters

does anyone know where i can get dual rear wheel adapters for a reasonable price. 5 bolt pattern. or how could i go about making them??? they would be fro 8.5 tires.

Also one of our members has a set for sale in classified, but since I see 8.5" they may have a different bolt circle (reg 5 x 4.5) page 3 toward bottom, not me so hope not offending seller!

They use the wheel weight holes....just about all the 12 inch wheels for GT's have them.  My guess is that he means 8.5 width as in 23X8.5X12's....
