Horse #5 a C-195

I hate looking on Craigslist, Why is there always something that grabs ones attention. That one thing that you just have to look at. And you KNOW that you wont be capable of leaving without it, because of your addiction. No its no drugs, alcohol, or women. Its red, old, greasy, rusty metal with a wheel horse sticker on it. Oh why, Oh why did I open Craigslist? Two new AG tires, on wheels thrown in, for my baby C-125 or C-110. Tire chains for the big 15 inch wheels included, to run the snow blade attached to the big boy. Wheel weights, Oh my, how could I refuse. Well that didnt happen. It all came home with me. Original owner warranty cards, filled out and un-mailed. 1982 manuals all in a notebook. Bought by a "Rest Home". Oh my, I need to rest now, more later.

Looks good, Looks like it may have the wrong plow mounts on it. See it has the correct mule, did you get the deck also?

Like was said most fenders don't survive especially when there used woth chains for plowing.

Really nice looking  :wh: there, before something happens to it, I'd replace that plastic with a metal fender pan.   :scared-eek:

Yes - THE PLASTIC REAR FENDER IS UNBROKEN. I didn't realize they all got broke. The gentleman I got the tractor from did tell me before hand that the plow mount was wrong-its to short and hits the front wheels when the blade is angled. Does someone have an idea what type of extended frame the C-195 needs to make the plow operate properly? The tractor did come with a 48" deck, pretty good shape. Spindles all good. Needs a small patch welded in at the discharge chute. Does anyone know the correct deck metal gauge -it looks to measure 10 gauge.

Its not the plow mount that is wrong its the plow. The plow you have is for C/300/400/500 series.

The C195 takes the same as the D, plow frame is longer and the angle handle has a plate to move it out from under the tractor. A GT14 plow will work also.
