:USA::wh:  AS u can see I have my work cut out for me to get ready for the spring shows. But it is a labor of love. I bought this off of XJCHIEF. Thanks to him it save me a lot of headaches. It is all there and this is what I was looking for. something that has no mystery parts on it.   so thanks for looking and enjoy the picks. th_657comeshome005_zpse8b6f5e2.jpg       th_657comeshome007_zpsd4e17399.jpg     is this an original decal???  th_657comeshome008_zps9a8c9482.jpg     th_657comeshome002_zpsc73d1cd3.jpg    th_657comeshome018_zps32151c06.jpg

Look up tecumseh balloon decal on ebay....that is the type it should have.  I found one on a lawn ranger motor I used to have pictured below, this is basically the same engine that was used on the 657 ...the debris screen can be removed and a recoil starter installed since it has the starter cup under the screen.

:USA::wh:  Well Easter was good to me I took off 5 days. Did a lot of cleaning. It is down to the frame now on moving dollies. Man was this thing dirty with grease and grass. I have the engine done. It is not the original but   HEY  It is a Tecky. I can not put the original muffler back on the stud on the exhaust side is frozen I put Map gas to it for 5` and it did not budge. o well I have a pepper pot set up any way. not much to post for pick`s at this time. Will do when there is something to take. Take care     Gary     B................

I had one of those bolt on mufflers on a 604. Burned up the Horsie decal and turned half the hood black :angry-nono:

The decal is not original to the engine it should have the round decal, at least that is what my 657 has on it... nice looking horse, cant wait to see it restored!!

That little roll-around cart looks like a great way to move the "carcass" around Gary. Good idea!
