I see they only made them for a year.  Does anyone know how many Wheel Horse made?  There is one at an auction fairly close to me.  I actually didn't even know they made a Raider 14 until I saw this.

~Thanks guys

Actually WH (Toro) doesn't know how many were made. Production records from that era were lost forever between ownership changes, so unfortunately we'll never know. Member gwest has been building a serial number database for years though. via Tapatalk

Have recorded approximately 4600 serial numbers so far.

Have recorded approximately  955 attachment serial numbers so far.

That leaves approximately     3645 tractor serial numbers recorded so far for all years.

There are 24 different tractor models for 1972.

Here is how these end up in the database

Tractor Commando 800 4-speed 1972 890255

Tractor Raider 8 1972 891677

Vacuum Lawn 42" 1972 891978 (another owner)

Tractor Raider 14 1972 892173

Have never seen a single owner with product so close together when sorted by year and serial number.

Garry, they are all new tractors. The Raider 14 has been started and run but never worked. The comando 800 andt the raider 8 have never had gas or a battery in them. They all came from the same place.
