Partsman Mark 1 #1 Posted March 6, 2013 I just mounted the blade I got with the 520HC I just got and it only raises about 3 or so inches off the ground. Is there a way to get the blade higher off the ground? Also the tachometer doesn't work on the 520HC. Any body know any way to find out if it's the gauge or sending unit is bad? bigfkd22 11 #2 Posted March 6, 2013 Look under the tractor were you mounted the trunion and see if you put it the wrong arm of the rockshaft. When I bought my c161 with a blade it only limited a few inches as well and this was the problem. There are 2 arms on the rockshaft one used for rear attachments the other for front attachments. It's fairly hard to get to in my opinion. Also make sure it's on the end hole pointing away from the rockshaft this will increase the height of the blade. Hope this helps.
