pfrederi 18,711 #3 Posted March 3, 2013 Have a similar problem with my Electro 12 snow plow tractor. Throttle cable no longer locks and she Keeps going slower and slower. Real red-neck fix is two spring type clothes pins. One pin on the metal shaft between knob and dash board is fast idle speed for warm up, pull out throttle and add the second clothes pin for about 3/4 - full throttle for plowing.
