dbartlett1958 99 #1 Posted February 17, 2013 Can someone tell me what size the holes are that the rockshaft fits into in the seat/fender support piece on a 416-H? Probably the same on most of the Wheel Horse tractors. I am gathering materials for a rockshaft and sleeve hitch build, but don't really want to pull the seat and fenders to measure the holes if someone can supply the answer. I will post some pic's when I make a bit more progress. Thank you.
Don1977 605 #2 Posted February 17, 2013 The holes have brass bushings in them. The rocker shaft is 3/4" and the brass bushing out side diameter is 7/8". The biggest difference in all the rocker shafts is they changed the c-clips from the out side of the fender support to the inside when they put the gas tank under the fender. dbartlett1958 99 #3 Posted February 18, 2013 Don, Thanks for that info. No bushings in my tractor as it never had a rockshaft, but I suspected as much. Thanks again, David

Forest Road 594 #5 Posted February 18, 2013 There are a few members here who gave made their own. Not too difficult. And a lot less expensive.
dbartlett1958 99 #6 Posted February 18, 2013 I am making my own. Just needed a little info to get started prior to tearing the seat and fenders off.
6wheeler 669 #7 Posted February 18, 2013 I got my bushings for my 520 at ACE hardware for $4.00 for the set. And c-clips for less than $1.00....
