Mr. 856 170 #1 Posted January 27, 2013 Hi Im new here and was wondering if anyone can lead me in the right direction to a shop in CT that can measure my cylinder bore and then most likely bore it to the next size. I believe its original bore now. Found one shop that bores but they only do car engines. I dont have the needed tools to do the measuring but im going to assume a rebore and new piston and rings are in order. Need to get this done sooner then later. I have engine down to the block and ready for measuring. I can drop off or ship block to another state if needed. Would like to deal with a reputable shop and not someone whos looking to practice. LOL Any helpe would be appreciated. MY 856 is on its way back together after some fresh paint. Need the engine done ASAP. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Sorry, just noticed you're located in Suffield... try Precision Auto in Granby... its right across the street from small the fly in air port...
