Welcome to Red Square!!! I dont own a 520 but run its close cousing the 518h that I am upgrading to 520 specs other then 20hp. Just plowed snow with her yesterday. There are plenty of guys running 520's of various vintages. Check out Duke's Snow Chucker 520 build up over on the custom forum.

I have a 1989 520HC with about 600 hours on the clock. It is my main mowing machine with a 48 inch deck.

I used to have one!!! I LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!! I actually probably (in the long run) liked it more than the 520's I have (If the HC had steering reduction, it would have been hands down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) GREAT machine!!!! FAST FAST FAST FAST FAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I still miss it, wish I wouldn't have sold it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 1988 520HC that I purchased about 4 months ago. It is a nice running machine with about 700 hours. It came with a snowblower but I've already sold it.

Welcome I have an 89 520HC they are GREAT machines heavier and faster than the 520H. Excellent machines.
