help identify this RJ / Suburban part

This foot pedal was on my RJ35 I am not sure what it is for or what tractor it belongs on.

I think a burb snow plow angle bracket to release pin to angle plow - does that make any sense?

Those dozer blades could also fit on the RJs with a mount they made to fit around the front axle so it's not totally unusual to see that pedal on an RJ. Mabe more unusual to see on a 35 but the mount would fit.
